Not the best student in the world...

Spent most of his high school career in Summer School. His major in high school was Extended Media where he focused on the photography aspect of the program. Department head Kathy Yamashita and Instructor Glenn McGuire guided and encouraged Dan to better his skills and pursue a future career in the photographic world. It was in this program that he met his friend and then mentor Sai Sivanesan. Sai is the guy that taught Dan everything he knows about the wonderful worlds of Macintosh and Adobe Photoshop.

At the end of his high school career he took his photographic skills one step further and went to Sheridan College. Since then, he has not really pursued his photography training. He had opted for a career in pre-press and web design instead.

However, after 5+ years in the pre-press/printing industry, he gave it all up to follow his true love: music and DJ-Ing. It was a tough decision to make, but when asked if he had the chance would he do it again? He would in a heartbeat.

Unfortunately, you never know what you have until it's gone. Since leaving school, Dan has longed to go back. It would seem that when you're in school you want to get out, but once you're out, you want back in. Too bad they don't pay you to go to school. Now Dan is stuck in the real world.
